Participating in the People Power Summit and the case study competition was an incredibly enriching experience. Engaging with seasoned HR professionals and industry leaders, especially during the fireside chats, offered powerful insights into the future of work. Competing with top B-schools from across the country was both thrilling and humbling. The case competition taught us valuable lessons in leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking — experiences we will carry forward in our careers. A special highlight was listening to SV Nathan sir, whose words left a lasting impact. We are truly grateful for the opportunity and will forever cherish the memories and learnings from this inspiring conclave.

The People Premier League held by Zunavish (A Valentra Company) was a completely different experience for me. I was able to build a lot of connections and network with Industry Professionals. Being the only Undergraduate Team on board, PPL helped me gain insights on building and advancing my career. Besides being a Finance Enthusiast, the competition helped me explore HR in a very unconventional way with a real-life approach to solving case studies. PPL is arguably one of my favourite business summit and fest in college life. The case studies offered also explored a wide range of HR domains. The cases were extremely well thought out and helped us learn a lot and develop an interest in it even if we weren't from the HR background.
