Our Purpose

The core purpose of Zunavish is to transform the lives of 10,000 neurodiverse children by creating meaningful livelihood opportunities for them. This ambitious goal speaks to a deep commitment not only to fostering inclusivity but also to leveraging the unique talents and perspectives that neurodiverse individuals bring to the table.

Kiran Aidhi brings over 25 years of rich experience as an HR Transformation Expert, celebrated for her strategic foresight and her methodical approach has led to driving impactful organizational solutions. Her agile leadership style is characterized by empathetic and effective team management. Kiran excels in bringing out business outcomes through people strategy model. Her expertise is further solidified by using approach of Dialogic Organization Development towards all areas of people management.

Kiran holds memberships and accredited certifications from National Training Laboratory (US), International Coaching Federation, WICCI, Paul Harris Fellow – Rotary International, Indian Institute of Applied Behavioural Sciences, Indian Institute of Mediation and Arbitration, etc. and is a certified Independent Director.

In her latest literary contribution, "Unmasked Leadership," Kiran Aidhi delves into the art of legacy-building for leaders through the innovative 7 Lens Model, anchored in the core principles of People Values. This interactive tome invites readers on an introspective odyssey, prompting profound self-inquiry through each lens, thus steering them towards a transformative journey of self-discovery and leadership refinement.

Kiran's professional journey has seen her collaborate with leading firms such as Tech Mahindra Business Services, Le Royale Meridien, Convergys, Accenture, and Virtusa, culminating in her role as the Chief People Officer at KFintech. Her tenure at these organizations has been marked by significant contributions to Performance Management, Leadership and Culture Development, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, as well as the strategic planning of HR policies to align with the long-term goals of the firms.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Kiran is a connoisseur of creativity and continuously explores various artistic outlets such as Art Therapy, Charcoal and Diamond Painting, as well as Singing and Clay Therapy. She possesses a voracious appetite for learning, embracing new skills with each passing day. Living by the ethos of "Share to Learn, Learn to Share," Kiran curates a newsletter titled 'Rediscover Yourself,' which boasts over 1950 subscribers. Through this platform, she offers insights into her personal journeys and transformative experiences, inspiring a community of learners and thinkers.
